DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs are borne exclusively by the Customer and are shown on the invoice in addition to the sale price. The amount of shipping costs is calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and may vary depending on market conditions.
Delivery is carried out by a standard carrier to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.

In all cases, delivery times, generally ranging from 2 to 4 days from the shipping date, are provided for indicative purposes only and fall solely under the responsibility of the carrier. Any potential delays cannot justify either the cancellation of the order or the payment of any compensation by WECO FRANCE.
However, WECO FRANCE undertakes to inform the Customer, as soon as possible, of any delivery delays of which it becomes aware through the carrier.
In the event of an express request by a Customer, specified on the order form, to receive the goods within a short timeframe, WECO FRANCE will select the carrier able to handle this specific request, at an additional cost.

Receipt of delivery and return of goods

Upon receipt and before signing the carrier’s delivery note, the Customer must check the condition of the goods, ensure there are no visible defects, and verify that they comply with the order.

The risk of transport is borne by the Customer. In the event of damage or partial loss, missing products, or non-compliance of the delivered goods, the Customer must refuse delivery and/or state reservations on the delivery note and the transport document. These reservations must then be confirmed within three (3) days following receipt by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the carrier, in accordance with Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code.
The same information must also be sent in writing by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to WECO FRANCE within the same timeframe.

In all cases, the Customer must provide duly justified claims detailling all objections necessary to substantiate the identified discrepancies. Failing to comply with these two deadlines and to submit substantiated claims, the delivery goods shall be deemed compliant in both quality and quantity, and such products may no longer be returned or exchanged, in accordance with the provisions of Article 1642 of the French Civil Code.
In the event of an apparent defect or non-compliance of the delivered products with the ordered products as identified by the Customer, WECO France undertakes to replace the delivered products with new products identical to those ordered.
The costs incurred for the return and delivery of replacement products are borne exclusively by the Seller. If the Customer signs the delivery note without checking the goods, WECO FRANCE will be unable to activate the carrier’s insurance, and the costs of returning the goods will be borne exclusively by the Customer. By signing the delivery note, the Customer accepts the delivered products as they are, and no claims relating to damage incurred during transport will be accepted.

If, during installation, the Customer discovers a product that cannot be used, they must contact WECO FRANCE by telephone, email, or fax within eight (8) days from the date of receipt, in order to precisely identify the origin of the observed failure or malfunction.
To do so, the Customer must provide the serial numbers of the defective products, enabling WECO FRANCE to replace them as quickly as possible, and return the defective goods to WECO France if the item is recognized as defective by WECO France’s after-sales service.

The return of goods by the Customer requires the prior express approval of WECO FRANCE.
Failing such approval, any returned goods will be held at the Customer’s disposal at their own expense, risk, and responsibility, with all transportation, storage, and handling costs borne by the Customer.

If the Customer returns defective goods to WECO FRANCE, a return authorization number will be assigned, and WECO FRANCE will cover the shipping and reshipment costs of the defective and replacement goods.
